1. For Issues Lasting FAR Too Long
85 Minutes (Best Value)
This longer session is most suited for issues that have been around FAR TOO LONG (months or years) or that have not been FULLY resolved by previous efforts (either other treatments or self-help).
The extra time gives us a better opportunity to LISTEN TO YOU and YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION and to take you through the most detailed/complete assessment possible (assessment of your movement/postural habits, your gait (walk), joint motion, muscle length, muscle imbalances, contribution of emotional stressors).
2. For Issues Lasting Just A Few Weeks
55 Minutes (Good Value)
This session is most suited for issues lasting only a few weeks at most. The session is geared towards finding out all about the current issue, how long it's been present, what it's stopping you doing and looking at why the issue has come about. We’ll explore with you some of the many options for a solution.
